Generally, I have my primary care physician however, she's in Tempe and I live in Phoenix. Recently, I needed some medical forms filled out so I can continue to work from home, so I googled medical clinic near me, and Liban Osman's office came up and I took a chance. They are located at 43rd avenue and Bell Rd. easy location, they are also a store front facility which I really appreciated as opposed to my doctors' 12-floor building with very little or no parking. The lobby was clean, and they had the cutest little area, mini fridge with water and huge screen television while you wait for check-in. Triage was a breeze, except for my weight, I gained a couple pounds, darn COVID. The room was clean and prepped with liner and Liban pronounced, Lee-ben was awesome! Inquisitive, honest, and shared with me the symptoms of COVID to ensure I do not have any. He filled out my paperwork and I was on my way! The medical office is close to ASU West campus, this would be useful for students in addition to the area as urgent care, prescription refill, weight loss assistance or general well-being check-up! Liban is awesome, my paperwork was approved, and I will be returning for my follow-up appointment.

Dr.Liban Osman is always so helpful every time i come in! Very professional, clean, fun, and relaxing environment. Their services is very affordable especially for those who have no insurance! I very well recommend this place!
